Dana White Loses It On Bob Arum After Crawford vs Brook

The long standing tenuous relationship and intense rivalry between UFC President Dana White and Hall of Fame boxing promoter Bob Arum continues.

It had been suggested by White some time ago that he would get involved in promoting boxing.

However nothing ever came to fruition.

Nonetheless, he still likes to blow some steam off at MMA press conferences on some of his favorite, or not so favorite people in boxing.

It seems as though the boxing numbers on ESPN continue to do extremely well in the US this year despite the situation (we’ll talk about that later).

Likely the prompt for this explosive episode by White as boxing on his network that UFC also shares (ESPN) continues to do extremely well and likely much better than he thought:

Wow.

Possibly one of the angriest Dana has been with Arum in some time.

Typical combat sports promotion really.

These guys have been going back and forth at one another for maybe close to two decades at this stage.

The two sports are completely different at the end of the day.

Two different audiences that are both doing very well at the moment (in the US) when not on pay per view platforms.

Some of the numbers boxing has done recently on ESPN when not on pay per view have been huge to be fair.

Incredible stuff, particularly given the world situation at the moment.
