George Foreman Ranks The 4 Best Heavyweights In Boxing Today

As the 2020 boxing year kicks off perhaps one of the most intriguing developments in 2019 to look back on was the sport’s glamour division — the heavyweights.

While fans still wait to see who emerges as the undisputed champion of the top fighters, things appear to be edging closer to seeing that all the time.

Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury will rematch next month in Las Vegas and Anthony Joshua is set to likely take on Kubrat Pulev next.

All things going well the winners of both fights might take on one another before 2020 is out.

Most people agree that Joshua, Wilder, Fury and Andy Ruiz are probably the four best in boxing’s heavyweight division today.

But where would you rank them?

Heavyweight boxing legend of the past George Foreman had this to say on the matter to one fan:

Interesting stuff.

Given the fact he was asked to rank from worst to best — placing Joshua number one seems a logical choice given his recent win over Andy Ruiz Jr in their rematch.

Fury does remain the lineal heavyweight champion but next month’s mega fight and rematch between him and Wilder will tell a lot.

The pair fought to a draw first time out.

Ranking Ruiz ahead of Wilder though seems a bit controversial.
