Boxing Community Debate Who Should Win Fighter Of The Decade Award

The prestigious ‘Fighter of the Decade’ award is set to be announced soon and accordingly, the boxing community is in frenzy mode at the moment in anticipation of who should win.

Pundits, fans and professional fighters alike are all having their say at the moment.

Front runners for the award include Floyd Mayweather, Gennady Golovkin, Andre Ward and Manny Pacquiao.

Indeed, Pacquiao won the last decade’s award and finished the decade very strongly last year.

One would think after Mayweather beat him in 2015 however that the American should be a shoe in but different people have different tastes.

The Boxing Writers Association of America will ultimately have the say on the matter.

One professional boxer however has really got the boxing community talking on the award with his take:

The announcement for the winner of the award is expected shortly.

If Floyd was to miss out on it again for a second decade in a row — expect there to be quite a bit of uproar.
