Watch: Sublime Roll Under Knockdown From Devin Haney As He Defends Title

20-year-old Devin Haney continues to make a name for himself in the sport of boxing by doing all the right things in and out of the ring.

Tonight, fighting on the under card of KSI vs Logan Paul 2 in LA, Haney showed why again that many are tipping him to be one of the big stars in the sport one day.

Fighting Alfredo Santiago at the Staples Center Haney recorded a convincing unanimous decision points decision victory.

An excellent boxing display that ensures he’ll be in the mix for big fights in 2020.

At one point during the fight one boxing fan on Twitter captured what can only be described as boxing poetry.

Here Haney executes a well timed counter right uppercut, then rolls under his opponent’s looping left hook — before dropping him with a one-two combination:

Tonight’s win extends his pro record to 24-0-15 KO.

It also saw him retain his WBC world lightweight title.
