It has been widely reported in recent hours that Irish global fight star Conor McGregor has allegedly been arrested in Miami following an alleged incident with a fan and a phone getting smashed.
Various pictures have already circled the web of McGregor’s new mug shot.
Almost like clock work, one of his old buddies and former world champion boxer Paulie Malignaggi has hit him online with one of the first trolling’s of ‘Mystic Mac’ since today’s misgivings:
The two famously sparred one another in the lead up to the Mayweather vs McGregor boxing event a couple of years back.
A bout that Mayweather won inside the distance but one in where McGregor surprised a lot of people and gave more than a good account of himself on his professional boxing debut.
One of the big stories leading into the fight was the beef that formed between McGregor and Malignaggi after the latter left the Irishman’s training camp after a bust up following leaked sparring videos.
Some how, some way, it is still going on today…
Malignaggi recently signed to become a bare knuckle boxer and is thought to be lining up his first opponent at the moment.
He has passionately pursued a fight with McGregor but as of yet to no avail.
