The great ‘Sugar’ Ray Leonard is retired from the sport of boxing for sometime now but perhaps he is a lesson to us all how to look after yourself later in life.
Now 62, Leonard is still involved in the sport as a pundit and often gives valuable insight on big fights that come up at a given time.
But he’s still got that fighting spirit himself and this video he uploaded of him working the heavy bag shows he still has more hand speed than probably some professional welterweight boxers today:
