Following last weekend’s return to the sport of boxing for welterweight champion Keith Thurman attention has now turned to who might be next for ‘One Time’.
An obvious fight is one against Manny Pacquiao who only boxed a week before Thurman with a unanimous points decision win over Adrien Broner and with both boxers now coming off wins, managed by Al Haymon and both fighting under the Premier Boxing Champions stable, in theory it should be an easy fight to make.
ITV who showed (in the UK) this past weekend’s Thurman majority points decision win over Lopez posed the question to boxing fans on a possible fight between the two.
