Tyson Fury Rips Deontay Wilder’s Last 6 Opponents

Tyson Fury has gone through each of Deontay Wilder’s last six opponents one by one ahead of his challenge against the WBC heavyweight champion on December 1st in LA.

The clock is well and truly ticking until one of the biggest heavyweight fights in years on December 1st where two of the recognized top three heavyweights in the world will do battle.

Ahead of the fight, Fury is not convinced of Wilder’s resume and believes he will be facing by far the best opponent of his career come December 1st.

Speaking on television show ‘No Filter Boxing’ on BT Sport, Fury said:

“His last six fights are the only fights that really count. (Bermane) Stiverne, a small heavyweight who was old and finished. Johann Duhaupas, a Frenchman that has no ability but tries hard. Wilder didn’t hurt him once in the fight. Eric Molina, a school teacher who got lucky. Took him nine rounds to get rid of him. Artur Szpilka, who’s lost all his fights by knockout even up until today. A bit of movement and he gave him problems. Gerald Washington, a football player with a bit of a jab. He gave him problems for five rounds until he landed. Not a boxer though. Then there was Ortiz who forgetting his age, was a good man, but we know father time catches up with everybody.”

The fight will be shown on BT Sport pay per view in the UK and Ireland and on Showtime pay per view in the US.
