Plans For A New Boxing Computer Game Being Pushed By Leading Promoter

Any boxing fan who grew up playing ‘Fight Night’ on Playstation or XBox years ago will tell you how much they loved the game. Good news could be just around the corner.

In recent years there hasn’t been a boxing game of note brought out to the dismay of many boxing nuts around the world.

The reason being, is that there was simply not enough demand to make one by gaming giant ‘EA’ who typically commission such ventures.

But, with boxing’s return to the main stream of the sports pantheon in the last year or two, things might be about to change.

Leading boxing promoter Eddie Hearn is pushing EA hard to get it done:

Get it done Eddie.

Not only would hardcore boxing fans love a new boxing game but it would also help continue boxing’s positive momentum in terms of growth to new fans of the sport, too.

Who would be on the cover of the next boxing game, though?

Perhaps two of the three top heavyweights in the world in the form of Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury or Deontay Wilder?

Or one of the top pound for pound fighters like Vasyl Lomachenko, Terence Crawford or Canelo Alvarez?

Time will tell.
