Conor McGregor Breaks Silence Following Khabib Defeat and Brawl

Irish megastar Conor McGregor has spoken for the first time since losing in the fourth round last night to Russian UFC champion Khabib.

As many predicted, Khabib won the fight in emphatic fashion due to the fight style advantages he possessed over McGregor on the ground.

But what nobody predicted was what happened after.

Brawls between fighters and corner men and team members breaking out after the fight in multiple street fights cage side and inside the ring.

Arrests were made but UFC president Dana White said the three men arrested were all released without charge after McGregor decided not to press charge.

McGregor has had a simple but to the point update for everybody following the carnage of last night:

His loyal army of fans and detractors no doubt hope he will.

His rise to fame and stardom in recent years has been unprecedented in many ways and he now more or less is the biggest sports star in the world today.

Not bad for a guy from Ireland who was on social welfare around five years ago, a remarkable story really to be fair to him.

McGregor fought in boxing last year in a stoppage defeat to Floyd Mayweather which is his sole fight in professional boxing at this point.
