Pacquiao Makes A Promise To Floyd Mayweather Ahead Of Their Rematch

Manny Pacquiao has himself confirmed the rematch is on after Floyd confirmed so earlier on today and ‘Pacman’ has come out with some fighting words.

Pacquiao is set to take on Floyd Mayweather in a rematch this December according to Floyd himself.

Mayweather initially made the announcement earlier today on his Instagram account.

Now Manny has responded on his own Instagram account with the following message promising to end the Mayweather undefeated record in this video:

“50-1 #NoExcuses”

The excuses part of the message likely referring to an injury Manny was carrying in the first fight.

Despite Pacquiao carrying a shoulder injury before their bout in May of 2015, he did not disclose it before the fight to the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

Instead, he only revealed the injury after the fight.

After Mayweather had won by unanimous points decision.

This cheesed off many boxing fans to put it lightly.

No doubt Manny will be using this rematch opportunity to put that wrong right and whatever the outcome, be able to come out of the fight after giving it his all in a healthy, injury free-state.

Pacquiao recently looked very impressive after a stoppage win over Lucas Matthysse.

Mayweather has not fought since a stoppage win over UFC star Conor McGregor last September.
