Frampton and Jackson Go Head To Head Ahead Of Saturday Night

Carl Frampton and Luke Jackson faced off today at the final press conference ahead of their crunch match this weekend in Belfast.

The winner of Saturday’s bout at Windsor Park knows some big opportunities are ahead with fights against the likes of Josh Warrington or even Leo Santa Cruz down the road up for grabs.

Jackson from Australia might not be too well-known to UK or US fight fans but make no mistake, he’s up for this and has made sure everything has gone to plan in preparation having arrived in Belfast from Australia well in advance to get used to the time difference.

Speaking today at the final press conference it was noted how difficult his childhood was and everything he had to go through just to get to where he is, he’s not going to just roll over on Saturday – and Frampton knows it.

At the same time, Frampton looks brimming with confidence and a happier fighter than he has done in a long time.

A happy fighter is a dangerous one.

Here’s what happened earlier when the two went head to head (hat tip IFL TV YouTube):
