A fight breaking out during an interview with a boxer is not something you typically see everyday, actually, at all. This has to be a first. Even for pro boxing, and that’s saying something.

Recently UK boxing star Amir Khan was in the US to watch Mikey Garcia’s win over Robert Easter and was doing the media rounds at ringside following the end of the fight.

During this interview Xicana Boxing YouTube (hat tip) at the Staples Center in California, Khan in the middle of the interview finds himself having to get out-of-the-way of a brawl that breaks out right on top of him, mid interview:

Boxing never ceases to amaze. Surely a first.

Khan is concentrating on his own fights in the ring next up of course when he takes on Samuel Vargas next month in the UK before what is expected to be a big fight in December in the UK against possibly Kell Brook or Manny Pacquiao.

Khan recently made a successful comeback to the ring by recording a first round stoppage win over Phil Lo Greco in Liverpool, UK.
