Whyte Puts The Boot In On Wilder After Joshua Fight Falls Through

Whyte Puts The Boot In On Wilder

Heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte has stepped into the fold of the online abuse being dished out at the moment by Deontay Wilder to Anthony Joshua.

Alas, the Joshua vs Wilder fight won’t be happening next up and as for now, Wilder will need to find a new opponent.

It wasn’t long ago that a Dillian Whyte fight was offered to the WBC champion Wilder but in the end, he chose not to take it in pursuit of, understandably, a mega fight with Anthony Joshua instead.

Between all the Twitter and Instagram wars this week from team Wilder and Joshua, Whyte has taken the opportunity to put the boot in on Wilder after the Joshua fight fell through next up:

Boxing, the most ruthless sport of them all in many ways.

Wilder now will look for a new opponent, likely Dominic Breazeale, before pursuing the Joshua fight again in the new year.

Whyte takes on former WBO heavyweight champion Joseph Parker next month at the 02 Arena in London.

Provided both keep winning, Whyte and Wilder could very well find themselves in the ring at some point.
