Anthony Joshua Drops Big Hint That Wilder Fight Is Next

The two heavyweight champions in world boxing at the moment Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder, the two men that control the four major titles in the sport, look set to collide next up in the ring.

During the week promoter of Anthony Joshua Eddie Hearn updated reporters that talks for the fight are now in a more positive position but that there were still things to be ironed out.

He mentioned that while some of his questions were answered by Wilder’s team, that some of the answers were not to his favor.

Hearn told IFL TV that Joshua is willing to forgo some money to have the fight in the UK as opposed to the US, as he could attract a larger crowd to Wembley Stadium this September (is what Hearn plans) and does not want to limit the number of tickets British boxing fans could get in a smaller venue in the US.

Joshua himself has also revealed on Instagram that he’s already studying footage of his American rival:

It’s the heavyweight fight that the world wants in truth.

A coming together of fighters from either side of the pond not seen in the heavyweight division since Lennox Lewis knocked out Mike Tyson.
