Anthony Joshua Predicts Bellew vs Haye Rematch

Although Gennady Golovkin fights this weekend the fact he is not boxing Canelo makes the big fight this weekend by far – the David Haye vs Tony Bellew rematch. Everyone seems to have an opinion on it – including the heavyweight champion of the world.

Anthony Joshua is fresh off his latest win which came via a unanimous points verdict back in March of Joseph Parker which allowed him to add another title to his collection.

He now looks set to take on WBC champion Deontay Wilder next in a potential fight to establish the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world.

This weekend Joshua is keeping an eye on the Bellew vs Haye rematch in his division- knowing the winner one day could be in line to face him.

Speaking to the UK Express Joshua said of the fight:

“I wouldn’t call it an upset that Bellew won the first fight. I believed in Bellew from the start so I wouldn’t call it an upset in that sense. I feel that Bellew will do it again.”

A lot of people seem to be backing Bellew to repeat his win over Haye this weekend.

Despite bookmakers still feeling Haye is the favorite in the fight.

Time will tell.
