Tyson Fury Explains How He’s Lost 100lbs In Weight

The former heavyweight champion of the world is currently on a promotional tour ahead of his June 9th comeback to the sport of boxing.

No opponent has been named just yet for Fury’s June 9th Manchester Arena return but an announcement on this is expected in the coming weeks.

Fury has slaved away over the last six months or so as he bids to recapture former glory and find his old shape and timing ahead of June 9th.

He recently revealed that he’s lost just over seven stone in total in weight which works out as an incredible 100lbs in US measurement terms.

He’s done this in a relatively short period of time and speaking on Good Morning Britain Fury put it down to:

“Just black coffee is the key (laughs). Basically I just have a low carb diet and train really hard for a long period of time. I do get hungry but I just think to myself do I want to look fat in the mirror?”

An astonishing transformation over the last five or six months to be fair.

His new trainer Ben Davison certainly is getting his man in shape.

All shall be revealed soon enough in terms of finding out does Fury still have it in the ring.
