The Joshua vs Parker weigh in took place today at the Motor Point Arena in Cardiff ahead of tomorrow night’s world heavyweight unification at the Principality Stadium.

The fight is a sellout of 80,000 tomorrow night but today over 4000 fans were also present for the weigh-in which had a £1 charge which was donated to the family of recently deceased young boxer Scott Westgarth.

Promoter of the event Eddie Hearn said his company would top up the donation to make it £10,000 to Westgarth’s family.

Some back and forth verbal jokes were exchanged briefly between Hearn and Joseph Parker’s promoter David Higgins but both admitted the talking was now all done, as the fighters took to the scales.
