The David Haye vs Tony Bellew rematch that takes place on May 5th at London’s 02 Arena has now also been given a US platform for American fight fans to watch the bout.

In the UK it will take place on Sky Sports Box Office but it was not known if there would be enough demand for it to warrant a US network.

Well, Tony Bellew with his acting exploits in America and Haye with his world reputation in boxing have warranted it, it turns out.

Promoter Eddie Hearn has secured the AWE (A Wealth of Entertainment) network for the bout who will carry the fight live on the night Stateside.

The time of the show will be announced in the near future.

The first fight between the pair last March ended in one of the biggest upsets of the year when Bellew stopped Haye inside the distance to claim a famous victory on the night.

Since then Haye has hooked up with new trainer Ismael Salas.

He has lost significant weight in a bid to come in light and perhaps implement a more mobile, box and move-type game plan against the teak tough, always game Tony Bellew.
