Heavyweight champion of the world Anthony Joshua offers to be Prince Harry’s best man in return to training update this morning.

No doubt Joshua will have had plenty of Christmas turkey and ham with the size of him this Christmas. Make that probably about two or three turkeys – even!

But he’s back to work this morning and into preliminary training in that space that professional boxers often find themselves in – staying busy and waiting for that phone call on a date.

No official date has been forthcoming as of yet for his next fight as of yet but it is widely thought he will box again at least by this coming March.

Most likely against WBO heavyweight champion Joseph Parker in a heavyweight title unification stadium bonanza.

But before that, he’s been mingling with some rather upper class company this morning. Royalty no less:

Whether he gets the call on being best man remains to be seen, but on a serious note, he’ll surely be hoping to at least get an invite to the wedding at least!

But really, on a serious note, this shows just how much a star Joshua has become now outside of boxing.
