American Heavyweight Contender Makes Fun Of Joshua’s Mental State

A top flight heavyweight contender from the US has made some controversial remarks about Anthony Joshua’s mentality.

Anthony Joshua recently defended his heavyweight titles with a 10th round TKO win over Carlos Takam and is currently in negotiations for his next opponent.

Who it will be against is unknown but a certain undefeated American heavyweight is more than interested to step in the ring with him.

Jarrell Miller from New York returns to action this weekend on the Daniel Jacobs undercard and is looking to secure his 20th win as a professional in his fight against Mariusz Wach.

The big hitting Brooklyn native (19-0-1-17KO) has not been impressed with what he’s seen from Anthony Joshua to date and in particular, his mental ability.

Speaking to Sky Sports, he said:

“What I have seen, heard, and the way he fights, he’s a mental midget.”

Miller has been a professional since 2009 and if he wins on Saturday could be in line for a shot in the near future.

Depending on what route Joshua chooses next.

Joshua has been making quick progress as a professional only a few years to already go 20-0-20KO and defend his titles a number of times – including his most notable win to date over Wladimir Klitschko.
