Billy Joe Saunders causing quite the Twitter debate at the moment following posting this video of his young son.

WBO middleweight champion of the world Billy Joe Saunders is currently on the lookout for a new opponent following recent legal complications with his next expected foe in the ring, who had to pull out due to alleged criminal offences.

Billy has however been active on social media over night and called out middleweight contender David Lemieux:

A Lemieux showdown would certainly be a fun fight, given his willingness to always come forward and throw heavy bombs.

Lemieux’s only loss in his pro career still stands at just Gennady Golovkin a few years back, which there isn’t exactly any shame in – considering GGG is the number one 160lbs fighter on the planet.

Canadian Lemieux’s aggressive fight style could very well play in to Billy Joe’s counter punching hands if the fight does come off, one suspects.

But Saunders has been causing a bit of a stir elsewhere on social media in the past day too. Namely with this video of his young son Stevie driving a vehicle in a field with Billy recording:
