Watch: Anthony Joshua The Road To Klitschko Documentary

Anthony Joshua The Road To Klitschko has aired on TV now and makes for compelling viewing ahead of Joshua’s acid test at Wembley Stadium.

In many ways the path taken by Anthony Joshua to Saturday night has been a quick one.

He became heavyweight champion very early on into his career with a knockout of American Charles Martin and his promoter Eddie Hearn admits that the opportunity came earlier than expected.

After that he has continued to blitz opposition put in front of him.

Because of the wide open nature now of the heavyweight landscape he was always going to be involved in a big fight like this sooner rather than later.

Generally, the days of pro boxers needing to pad their records with huge undefeated records are coming to an end.

Just look at fighters like Lomachenko in the US who have been speed tracked in their careers too. He’s amassed multiple world titles in less than 10 digits of pro bouts for example.

Joshua over the last couple of years has been on a tear and now the big fights are upon him. Saturday night will show just how good he is.
