Floyd Mayweather Opens Up On What He’s Prepared To Offer Conor McGregor

Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather has been making significant media rounds on television and elsewhere this week ahead of his fighter Badou Jack’s super-middleweight world title unification with James DeGale this weekend in New York.

But although the former pound for pound number one boxer’s fighter that he promotes is the one competing this weekend, as always, most of the questions have surrounded Mayweather, and in particular, a potential showdown with UFC star Conor McGregor.

MMA star and all round personality Chael Sonnen had an interesting opinion here this week on what is holding up the fight.

The much anticipated and speculated boxing match that has been talked about non stop the past few months between Mayweather and UFC star Conor McGregor was the main topic of discussion this week on ESPN’s first take with Stephen Smith and co.

Mayweather went into detail on how much he is prepared to offer McGregor, what is going on with negotiations and much more:

A very interesting segment indeed.

It in my opinion, without doubt clears up the mystique around whether or not the whole talk about the fight was simply a cynical PR move by both men.

It’s clear to see there are ongoing efforts to get it made.

Whether or not that will happen however, remains to be seen.
