Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury Back Running After Ankle Injury

Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury back running ahead of Wladimir Klitschko rematch.

Tyson Fury injured his ankle a few weeks back forcing the original date for his rematch with Wladimir Klitschko this month to now be postponed to later this year.

Although an official announcement is being awaited on when that rematch will exactly be, Fury did confirm to fans on Twitter recently that the fight will take place on October 29th.

It is expected the bout will happen at the same venue (Manchester Arena) with everything else remaining as the same as before.

Tyson took to his Instagram account today in his latest video to keep fans updated on where he’s at with his training, mentioning that he was in the process of finishing a 10 mile run today at a reduced pace due to needing to take it easy on his ankle.

Considering the injury was only a few weeks ago it appears that the sprain is healing quite well at the moment, also taking into account the considerable weight that a gigantic heavyweight like Tyson Fury would be putting on it via a long distance run:
