Adrien Broner: F*** Bob Arum Pay Me What I Deserve B****

Adrien ‘The Problem’ Broner has never been shy about voicing his opinion and this week on social media he’s let fly at Hall of Fame Promoter Bob Arum.

In recent times there has been speculation in the boxing world that if a Manny Pacquiao return were to happen in late 2016, which his promoter Bob Arum has said it will, that a possible opponent for the Filipino boxing icon could be Broner.

It would certainly be a big fight, no doubt about it.

A match up in the ring that would pit two exciting fighters against one another, but would also have that added element of intrigue in the build-up between two completely polar opposite men.

Two vastly different characters, humility vs braggadocious in the eyes of many. This would likely translate into the old story of good guy vs bad guy, thus drawing plenty of fans in and making such a fight even bigger.

Recent reports on Boxing Scene suggested that Broner had priced himself out of the fight, according to Top Rank head honcho Bob Arum.

But Broner has lambasted Arum this week on his Instagram account saying that he is not paying him enough to take the fight:

Never one to be shy.

The American last fought in April when he stopped Britain’s Ashley Theophane inside the distance in what was a very impressive win, to be fair.

He now appears to have put legal troubles behind him for the most part too, following being released from jail after doing a brief stint earlier this year following the Theophane bout, with his apparent focus now back on his prizefighting career.
