Tony Bellew is up against with the bookies in their latest odds ahead of his World Title fight against Ilunga Makubu, but Promoter Eddie Hearn believes his support will be a big key to victory on the night.
Liverpool is known for it’s passionate sports fans and native fighting son Tony Bellew is looking to continue a proud tradition of boxing in the city when he fights for the WBC cruiserweight title at the end of the month.
Bellew recently played a starring role in the latest Rocky movie series ‘Creed’ where he acted as the rival to Apollo Creed’s son in the film.
The ‘Bomber’ will be looking to make a real life Rocky story of his own come to reality later this month however, when he boxes in front of his hometown fans at his life long supported football club’s stadium at Goodison Park.
