Frampton to Eddie Hearn

Watch: Frampton to Eddie Hearn “Get Your F*****g Hands Off Me”

Today’s final press conference between super bantamweight champions Carl Frampton and Scott Quigg saw an explosion of tension unfolding during the final stare off.

During the stare off, IBF champion Frampton could be seen putting his hand on Quigg’s belt which eventually lead to Quigg pushing his Belfast rival, then prompting¬†some shoving and some very heated use of language from Frampton towards Quigg’s promoter, Eddie Hearn.

It never looked in danger of erupting into a full on punch up, but Frampton made it very clear in no uncertain terms to Hearn not to ever put his hands on him again.

Some other strong words can be picked up in IFL TV’s video of the face off below, ahead of what is likely to be one of the best fights in British and Irish boxing for many, many a year:

Frampton eventually went on to have the last laugh over Eddie Hearn in this one.

‘The Jackal’ scored a comfortable points win on the night against Scott Quigg, taking his title and also breaking his jaw in the process.

Frampton and Hearn may not see eye to eye but looking back on the promotion for Frampton vs Quigg they certainly made for entertaining viewing.
