Light-heavyweight champ Sergey Kovalev calls out Adonis Stevenson after battering Jean Pascal over 7 rounds

It was to be a straight forward night’s work for Sergey Kovalev in the end, as he battered Jean Pascal for seven rounds before the challenger’s trainer Freddie Roach had seen enough – and pulled his charge out.
But the real story of the evening was perhaps what ensued in the squared circle during the post-fight interview with Kovalev and HBO analyst Max Kellerman.
During the interview Kovalev proceeded to call out long time bitter rival and fellow 175lbs titlist Adonis Stevenson, labeling him “Chickenson”.
Stevenson who was sitting ringside and incensed by the verbal joust, entered the ring and instigated a bit of a scene, as they say.
