Unbeaten 147lbs prospect Charlie Natal Vows Victory Dec 4th

In what is set to be a war in Maryland Dec 4th, 23 year old undefeated welterweight prospect ‘Mr. Hollywood’ Charlie Natal (6-0-2) returns to action.

Natal is looking like a championship caliber prospect and who’s ceiling remains to be seen as unlimited as he bounces back from being handled by bad management.

Natal is coming fresh off a devastating stoppage win in the first round last time out in Louisville, Kentucky where he made some real waves on fans Oct 17 when he fought there.

‘Mr. Hollywood’ has a new team and outlook on his career. Now handled by Eddie Gonzales, who has strong ties out west with Eddie Croft in the Bay Area, was quoted as saying:

“I’m f*****g excited to have a kid like Natal coming out West and adding him to my talented stable. I actually first saw him fight at 17 at a Golden Gloves tournament in Cleveland. I knew then he was a special fighter, he was slept on – he had a pro style as an amateur. Now its time for me and the kid to show people what we can do.”

Gonzales added:

“‘Mr. Hollywood’ can seriously fight. He can move, has slick defense and is a precise counter puncher. He will fit good in the gym along side Croft, a defensive minded coach throwing him in with the likes of ‘AK 47’, the Wolf Levan, Andre Berto and those Bay Area guys. He is from that mold as a fighter.”

Charlie has been working with undefeated pro Wilkins Santiago 13-0 in preparation for Grayson Blake next up. When he was asked how he will approach the fight Natal said the game plan is simple:

“Box, use my skills, apply pressure – chop the tree down and the head will fall. I am very excited. I became a single father at 17 with my son Armani and a lot of people gave up on me as a kid from the small town of Guaynabo Puerto Rico and expected me to get caught up in the violence and gangs. That’s not in the plans for ‘Mr. Hollywood’, we’ve been focused on collecting hardware and paying our dues in the sport that I loved since a child.”

He concluded by saying he will not be denied on December 4th, and his spurred on by his son:

“My son Armani inspires me to be a better man to lead and not follow. It’s us against the world. My apologies to Mr. Blake beforehand, but I can not let my son down. I will be victorious. We have had promoters making offers to us, but the best thing is to finish the year out on a big win and let the chips fall in place.”
